On November 16, 2023, we had connected with True rock ministries which generously donated 100 turkeys to the seniors in Chinatown. In the photo is Pastor Barry of True rock ministries. Some of the seniors used the traditional Chinese cooking method to make turkey porridge or turkey soup. On the other hand, some seniors use the western methods to bake delicious turkeys. Each of them has own characteristics and flavor. Although the weather was very cold on that day, everyone happily took the turkey home to have dinner with their friends and families to celebrate the Thanksgiving!
